I already found my first acorn and put it in my purse for good luck and I will bury it in the spring.

That sounds lovely. When I was a kid I used to craft my own Apple Head Dolls from granny smith apples. I make them every year in my home. I had no idea how witchy this craft was until I started researching about doll effigies in magical practices. This year I will keep one near my altar all year and compost it at the end of next Samhain.

What is everyone doing for Samhain? I probably have to work. But plan on lighting a candle near pictures of family that has passed, make soul cakes, carve pumpkin, give offering at the pine tree in my yard that I have decorated with a faerie house. I want to do more. Last year, I walked in a cemetery. Curious to know what other people are doing.

Hello. I just joined the free version. I love the idea of trying it out before you buy. I want to join, but it has to wait. I am excited to make new friends and connect with other baby witches.

Good morning I’m new and would like help in where to start as well.

I’m reading all I can access and looking forward to my first coven meeting at the end of October.

If anyone has any tips or information please let me know.

Thanks,

Kelly 🧙

Hi I would also like to find out the answer to this question please. Also Ginny do you have any further details on what is included in the course. Thank you.

Hi,

Thank you so much! I hope they live in the hidey holes and the secret places. 🧚❤️🧙

I love that you gave intention to the naturally formed space in the tree stump! I can just imagine the fae being drawn to these cozy spaces.

Thank you. <div>My great grandmother was from Arkansas, so I have an affinity to Appalachia, even though I’ve never been. More anemoia than reality. 🧙</div>

Very fun Sarah! In southern Appalachia we actually have folklore on “the little people” which are tales adapted from settlers’ stories of fae. They seemed to come over with them! I’m sure they’ll enjoy your hospitality.
